How do I purchase course bundles at discounted rates? 

Courses can be purchased as bundles or a la carte. Visit Infortal's Subscription Plans on your Dashboard, then select the Membership Level or course package that you prefer. If you are an Infortal subscriber at the Bronze, Silver or Gold level, you are entitled to a discount in accordance to your subscription tier. This discount can be applied to any course purchase by entering the promo code shown in the Membership Level purchase page. 

How do I purchase a Membership Level to access hundreds of unique articles on geopolitical risk?

After you login to your Dashboard, select Subscriptions on the left side navigation bar. All articles can be accessed when you purchase a Bronze, Silver or Gold Membership Level.

How can I find a receipt for the Courses or Membership Level I purchased?

A receipt can be printed after you complete the purchase in the Shopping Cart.

Can I get a custom invoice?

You will receive an invoice which is sent to the email that was used to register the account.

Where can I find Course Materials required for my CLE credits?

Course materials, including legal frameworks, can easily be downloaded. From your Dashboard click on Courses on the left side navigation bar. Select the Course you have registered for. Then enter the Course and click on Course Materials on the right side.

How do I download the course presentations?

The course presentation videos cannot be downloaded. However, the Course Materials, Surveys/ attendance Forms, and Course PowerPoint decks can all be downloaded. To do this, click on the courses you have completed, and go to each item to download individually.

How do I download the Course PowerPoint deck?

Course PowerPoint decks can easily be downloaded: a. From your Dashboard click on Courses (Left side menu). b. Select the Course you have registered for. c. Click to enter the course and select Course PowerPoint deck located below the course presentation video. d. Right click to download.

Where can I find the Course Surveys/ Attendance Form needed for my CLE credits?

Course Surveys can easily be completed online and downloaded: (Note: Attendance Surveys are required to be completed as these must be tracked by Infortal to comply with State Bar requirements). a. From your Dashboard click on Courses on the left side navigation bar; select the Course you have registered for. b. Then enter the Course and click on the Survey located below the course presentation video. c. Surveys must first be completed by answering all questions and submitted online. Then a copy may be downloaded.

Can I pay by check?

At this time, we only accept online payments by credit card.

My payment did not process, how do I get help?

We have two options for help: a. Online: Login to your Dashboard. From the main menu select the Contact Us form. b. Office: if you are unable to find your receipt online you can email our office for support and we will download and send an invoice for the amount you paid so that you have proof of payment and you can access the course(s) you wish to register for. When does my subscription renew?

All Geopolitical Risk subscription terms last for one year from the date of payment. It is defaulted to auto renew but you can select to opt-out at any time.

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, but we will be sad to see you go. After cancelling your subscription, you will be able to access our course and/or content for the remainder of the billing cycle you have paid for. To cancel your subscription, log in to your account on our website and turn off auto-renew in your account settings.
